- Consider intrinsic Silicon at room temperature of
300 K. By what percent does its conductivity increase
per degree rise in temperature?
- Read and explain charge densities in a doped
semiconductor.
- What is Hall Effect and what is its significance in
semiconductors?
- In an intrinsic semiconductor, the Fermi Energy level
(EF) may not lie exactly at the centre of the
bandgap; why?
